Allmänt
Meinl is one of the biggest cajon manufacturers in Europe and no wonder, when it develops exceptional models like the AEMLBI. It has a beautiful body made of tulip poplar which is a relatively fast-growing hardwood with excellent sound properties. The front plate is made of Brazilian Ironwood and the cajon is fitted with two sets of metal snare wires, hand-wound in the style of master cajon builder Jose "Pepote" Hernandez Diaz. The tension of each set can be adjusted using the tuning screws and a tuning key is included so that you can get the sound you're looking for. The AEMLBI cajon is made entirely in Spain.
